Spaghetti Challenge We're back from summer brake and what better way to start our energy tech. class than a little challenge. Our teacher challenged my group to build the tallest and sturdiest spaghetti tower. The tower had to be able to hold more than 10 washers. We were limited on materials with only 35 pieces of spaghetti and 2 meters of tape. A tough challenge we faced was tape shortage. We almost ran out but we made it work with ONLY 2 meters. Our tower clearly held more than 10 washers. Description on soldering
Soldering consists of two or more metals that are joined together by solder onto what ever it is that you're soldering to create a bond. Their is many things that this tool is useful for. For example in an engineering field or plumbing. What I'm working on with soldering In class we recently used a soldering kit to solder resisters onto a circuit board. After that we used a disordering pump to remove the resister from the circuit board. Just worked on the basics. The IPhone 6S has been engineered to work more efficiently. The new IPhone 6S launched September 9, 2015 exciting people everywhere. Some new features that it comes along with is 3D touch, Live Photos, and more importantly the A9 chip. The A9 chip gives a better experience and helps class graphics performances that make apps work better. Apples third generation 64-bit chip improves the CPU performance up to 70% compared to previous generations.
Something else that comes along with the A9 chip is the M9 motion coprocessor. The M9 makes the phone work for longer periods of time without the battery draining. That’s something teens would want to pay a little extra for. Now they won’t have to worry about asking people for a charger. My group and I are working with circuitry we're creating different types of designs and testing them to see if electricity can flow through it.
